1. How do I register myself with CaseMyWay?

It’s tad easy, Click Here. If you do not receive your confirmation email, please check your spam folder and make sure to add hello@casemyway.com to your address book to receive emails straight to your Inbox.

2.I entered wrong info at the time of sign-up, can I edit?

Sure – you can. We’re humans, mistakes do happen. You can sign in to the account, proceed to My Profile, click on edit and you can change whatever you’d like to. If you find any problems during the process, don’t worry, we’re here to help you out, just write to us at hello@casemyway.com with the changes you require and will do the necessary amends for you.

3. I forgot my password. What do I do?

No worries, just click on Forgot Password>Forgot Password here and will send you a new one after validating your identity.

4. I have a problem, how do I contact customer service?

CaseMyWay strives for excellent customer service and would do anything to make sure that your experience with us is best. You can either fill a quick form at Contact Us or email us at mailto:hello@casemyway.com and will make sure that you are happy, will get back to you within 1 business day.

5. I have seen such sticker before, what's so special about it?

NO, NO!! It’s not a sticker – not at all.

6. Will my case look exactly like what I see on my screen?

In a nutshell – yes and no!

As the print is embedded deep into the case to achieve highest quality, this may result slight position variance of your design, up to 2mm. As colors vary from monitor to monitor. The color that you see on your printed case will be very close to what you see on screen.

14. Can I call or fax in my order?

No, we don’t take any orders by fax but you can call us anytime at our customer service.

15. How long will it take to get a reply when I email a question or request?

Within 24 hours you will get the reply for your email or any query.

16. How can I check the status of my order?

You can always drop an email and request for the status.
